在唾液素类物质防龋涂刺实验研究的基础上,改进唾液素类物质N ̄α,N ̄G—二月桂酰精氨酸(SL)的含成方法。同时改用一种天然树胶山达脂为基质,配制成新型SL—山达脂防龋涂料,观察其体外抑制细菌产酸的能力。结果表明,新方法获得了纯度及产率均较高的SL物质。SL山达脂防龋涂料可以抑制PH下降,阻止离体牙釉质表面发生早期龋样损害。
Based on the experimental study of sialicides against dental caries, the method of containing sialic acid N, α-N-D-lauroyl arginine (SL) was improved. At the same time use a natural gum Sarda lipid as a matrix, formulated into a new type of anti-caries SL-Suda paints, observed in vitro inhibition of bacterial acid production capacity. The results showed that the new method to obtain a higher purity and yield SL material. SL Sardar anti-caries coatings can inhibit the PH decreased to prevent the occurrence of early enamel surface incipient caries-like lesions.
