本实验发现缺氧能损伤牛肺动脉内皮细胞,超氧化物歧化酶或/和过氧化氢酶、别嘌呤醇及异搏定可减轻这种损伤,山莨菪碱亦有抗损伤的作用。从而说明氧自由基在肺动脉内皮细胞缺氧损伤中具有重要意义,山莨菪碱对肺动脉内皮细胞缺氧所致损伤有保护作用。
This experiment found that hypoxia can damage bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells, superoxide dismutase and / or catalase, allopurinol and verapamil can reduce this damage, anisodamine also have the role of anti-injury. Thus, oxygen free radicals play an important role in the hypoxic injury of pulmonary artery endothelial cells. Anisodamine has a protective effect on hypoxia induced injury of pulmonary artery endothelial cells.
