目的:比较不同微波干燥方法对鲜地黄中地黄苷A,D和益母草苷含量的影响,为地黄产地加工与炮制一体化工艺研究提供参考。方法:采用HPLC测定地黄苷A,D和益母草苷含量,Aichrombond-AQ C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水(5∶95),流速1 m L·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长203 nm,进样量10μL。以冷冻干燥法为参考,考察微波干燥对鲜地黄中指标成分含量的影响。结果:地黄苷A以5 k W微波切3~4 mm片时含量为最高(0.249 mg·g-1),地黄苷D及益母草苷以3 k W微波切1~2 mm片时含量为最高,分别为3.461,6.857 mg·g-1。结论:微波干燥对益母草苷的含量影响最大,对地黄苷D的影响最小;以微波干燥方法来制备鲜地黄饮片具有一定的可行性,对该药材产地加工与炮制一体化有一定参考意义。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of different microwave drying methods on the contents of tooside A, D and motherwort glycosides in fresh radix rehmanniae, and to provide reference for the research on the integrated processing and processing of radix rehmanniae. CONCLUSION: Microwave drying has the greatest effect on the concentration of motherwort glycosides and has the least effect on rehmannin glycosides D. It is feasible to prepare fresh radix rehmanniae radix Pieces by using microwave drying method.
