本文首先对二者联合运行的空气处理过程进行理论分析,进而在变新风工况下,对机组展开实验研究。实验结果表明:在加装转轮之后,机组制冷量增加不小于2 k W,综合能效比提升至少12.7%。与未开转轮时制冷系统压焓图相比,压焓图呈现内缩趋势,蒸发温度升高,冷凝温度下降,压缩机的进出口压差减小,压缩机的输入功率降低。
In this paper, the air handling process of the two combined operation is analyzed theoretically, and then under the condition of changing fresh air, experimental research on the unit is carried out. The experimental results show that the cooling capacity of the unit is increased by not less than 2 k W and the comprehensive energy efficiency ratio is increased by at least 12.7% after the wheel is added. Compared with the enthalpy diagram of the refrigeration system without the runner, the pressure-enthalpy diagram shows the trend of shrinkage. The evaporation temperature increases, the condensation temperature decreases, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the compressor decreases, and the input power of the compressor decreases.
