目前各油田测试抽油机平衡的判别方法是扭矩法,电流法,功率法等。扭矩法成本高,难操作。电流法中所采用的普通的钳型电流表,只能反映电流的幅值,不能反映正负。一般功率法只是在电流法基础上进行一下补充,存在同样不足之处。而本文提出的一种新的功率测试方法,综合考虑了瞬时电流,电压及功率因数的影响,能够判断电机处于发电还是用电状态,因此为抽油机的平衡调节提供了重要的依据,同时也对油田生产的节能降耗具有重要的意义。
At present, the methods for judging the balance of pumping units in various oilfields are torque method, current method and power method. Torque method high cost, difficult operation. Current clamp method used in the common clamp ammeter, only to reflect the current amplitude, can not reflect the positive and negative. The general power method is only based on the current law to supplement, there are the same deficiencies. However, a new power testing method proposed in this paper considers the influence of instantaneous current, voltage and power factor, and can determine whether the motor is in power generation or in electricity. Therefore, it provides an important basis for the balance adjustment of the pumping unit. Meanwhile, It is also of great significance to the energy saving of oilfield production.
