近年来自由基医学发展极为迅速,已涉及许多系统的疾病研究。本文着重研究了不同碘缺乏程度对大鼠脑组织抗氧化能力的影响。实验检测了脑组织中GSH-Px、SOD的活性及LPO的含量。发现低碘四个月时大鼠脑组织中SOD活性代偿性升高,GSH-Px和LPO均无明显变化。低碘六个月时SOD和GSH-PX活性均代偿性升高,LPO含量无变化。长期低碘后,SOD和GSH-Px活性均明显降低。结果表明随缺碘程度加深,大鼠脑组织抗氧化能力由代偿性升高变为低下,无法保护脑组织免受自由基损伤。
Radical medicine in recent years, the rapid development of medicine, has been involved in many systematic disease research. This article focuses on the effects of different levels of iodine deficiency on brain antioxidant capacity in rats. The activity of GSH-Px, SOD and the content of LPO in brain tissue were detected experimentally. Found that iodine four months when the SOD activity in rat brain compensatory increase, GSH-Px and LPO no significant change. Six months of low iodine SOD and GSH-PX activity were compensatory increase, LPO content unchanged. Long-term low iodine, SOD and GSH-Px activity were significantly lower. The results showed that with the deepening of iodine deficiency, antioxidant capacity in rat brain changed from compensatory increase to low, can not protect the brain from free radical damage.
