ADDIE模型是指一套有系统地发展教学的方法。主要包含:学什么?(学习目标的制定);如何学?(学习策略的运用);如何判断学习者已达到学习成效?(学习评量的实施)。在ADDIE五个阶段中,分析与设计属前提,发展与执行是核心,评估为保证,三者互为联系、密不可分。ADDIE五个字母分别表示以下含义。Analysis——分析。对教学所要达到的行为目标、任务、受众、环境、绩效目标等进行一系列分析。
The ADDIE model refers to a set of methods for systematically developing teaching. It mainly includes: What to learn? (Development of learning objectives); How to learn? (Use of learning strategies); How to judge learners have achieved learning effectiveness? (Implementation of learning assessment). In the five stages of ADDIE, analysis and design are prerequisites, development and implementation are core, and assessment is a guarantee. The three are inextricably linked and inseparable. The ADDIE five letters mean the following respectively. Analysis - Analysis. A series of analysis of the behavioral goals, tasks, audiences, environment, performance goals, etc. to be achieved in teaching is carried out.
