针对火电机组的煤耗特性随着发电机的运行时间和维修状况不断变化的特点,综合考虑机组运行多种约束和发电会计成本,提出了电力市场环境下基于两部制电价成本的优化调度模型。为使整个计算简单快捷,计及独立发电商发电机数量较少和实际运行的特点,利用改进动态规划法对其求解。采用上述模型对采用两部制电价的华中电网某实际电厂进行了仿真计算,结果表明该模型对节能减排和大容量设备投资具有引导作用,说明该模型简单、有效。
Aiming at the coal consumption characteristics of thermal power units, with the characteristics of generator running time and maintenance status changing constantly, an optimization scheduling model based on two-part system cost in electricity market environment is proposed by comprehensively considering various constraints of unit operation and accounting cost of power generation. In order to make the whole calculation simple and quick, taking into account the small number of independent generators and the actual operation of the generator, the use of improved dynamic programming method to solve it. The above model is used to simulate an actual power plant in Huazhong Power Grid with a two-part power price. The results show that the model has a guiding role in energy-saving and emission reduction and large-capacity equipment investment, which shows that the model is simple and effective.
