对氧化蜡酯化反应的工艺条件进行研究,考察了催化剂用量、乙二醇用量、带水剂用量、反应时间对反应酯化率的影响,得出了最佳的反应条件,即催化剂用量0.0375g,乙二醇用量为1.08mL,反应时间应为6h,带水剂的用量为2.0mL。并通过红外光谱确定了产物的结构。 The conditions for the esterification of the oxidized wax were studied. The effects of the amount of catalyst, the amount of ethylene glycol, the amount of water-carrying agent and the reaction time on the reaction esterification rate were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained, ie the catalyst dosage 0.0375 g, the amount of ethylene glycol is 1.08mL, the reaction time should be 6h, the amount of water-carrying agent is 2.0mL. The structure of the product was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy.
