近年来,十二指肠溃疡的近期治愈率无论是中医治疗还是西医治疗已有明显提高,但是仍然存在容易复发的特点。1993年8月至1998年3月,我们采用中西医结合治疗十二指肠溃疡92例,经与单纯西医疗法治疗的34例患者对照观察,报道如下。1 临床资料所有病例均为我院专科门诊及住院病例,经胃镜确诊为十二指肠溃疡活动期(A 期),并在1周内开始治疗。排除肝胆疾病接受药物治疗或有心肺等疾病不能支持治疗者。治疗组92例,其中男58例,女34例;年龄18～64岁;
In recent years, the recent cure rate of duodenal ulcer both traditional Chinese medicine treatment or treatment has been significantly improved, but there are still easy to relapse characteristics. From August 1993 to March 1998, 92 cases of duodenal ulcer were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
