应用窄点技术对大庆石化分公司炼油厂制氢装置的换热网络做了换热优化方案设计 ;根据计算结果确定出窄点温度及最小公用工程用量 ,依此调整网络中物流的热流量及换热匹配 ;优化结果表明 ,冷公用工程用量下降了 10 .17MW ,循环水用量为原生产用量的 6.3 % ;实现了最大限度的热量回收
Narrow spot technology is applied to the heat exchanger network of the hydrogen plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company Refinery. The design of the heat exchanger is optimized according to the calculation result. The temperature of the narrow spot and the minimum utility amount are determined, and the heat flux of the network is adjusted accordingly The results of the optimization show that the amount of cold public utilities decreased by 10.17MW and the recycled water consumption was 6.3% of that of the original production, which realized the maximum heat recovery
