研究贵州苦丁茶植物粗壮女贞(Ligustrumrobustun Bl)叶挥发性化学成分,并对其进行定性和定量分析。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏乙醚提取挥发性成分,用气相色谱质谱联用仪进行分析,结合计算机检索技术,对化学成分进行分离鉴定,NIST、WILEY 化合物谱库检索,应用气相色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量。结果:从贵州苦丁茶中分离出92种成分峰,鉴定出53种,鉴定率为57.6%,主要成分是十六烷(Hexadecane),含量9.46%;其次是α—石竹烯(alphe.-Caryophyllene),含量6.31%。结论:贵州苦丁茶原植物粗壮女贞(Ligustrumrobustun Bl)挥发油成分主要是萜类,类型为单萜和倍半萜。
The chemical constituents of leaves of Ligustrumrobustun Bl from Guizhou Kobucha tea plant were studied and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Methods: Volatile components were extracted by steam distillation of ether and analyzed by GC-MS. The chemical constituents were separated and identified by computer searching technology. NIST and WILEY compounds were searched by spectral database. The gas chromatographic peak area normalization Determination of the relative content of each component. Results: Ninety-two components were identified from Kudingcha, of which 53 species were identified. The identification rate was 57.6%. The main component was hexadecane (9.46%), followed by alphe.- Caryophyllene) content of 6.31%. CONCLUSION: The essential oil components of Ligustrumrobustun Bl, the original plant of Guizhou Kudingcha, are mainly terpenoids of the type monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes.
