目的 研究 10 9名正常新生儿髋关节声波传导特性。方法 应用非侵入性的声波技术 ,包括刺激系统、传导系统和装有双通道数字过滤程序的数据分析系统 ,检测新生儿髋关节两侧声波信号的一致性(CF)和声强差异 (D)。结果 在 160~ 3 15Hz的频率范围 ,正常新生儿两侧髋关节声波信号的相关性最高即一致性好 (CF >0 .94) ,声强差异最小 (D <2dB)。结论 该声波技术提供了一个有客观参数的实用方法。新生儿髋关节声波传导正常值的建立为进一步研究和诊断新生儿髋关节疾患提供了一客观标准
Objective To study the acoustic conduction characteristics of hip in 109 normal neonates. Methods Noninvasive sonic techniques, including stimulation system, conduction system, and data analysis system with dual channel digital filtering program, were used to detect the consistency (CF) and the difference in sound intensity (D) between sonic signals on both sides of the hip. Results In the frequency range from 160 Hz to 15 Hz, the correlation between the acoustic signals of hip joint on normal neonates was the highest (CF> 0.94) and the difference of sound intensity was the smallest (D <2 dB). Conclusion The sonic technique provides a practical method with objective parameters. The establishment of normoablation of neonatal hip acoustic wave provides an objective standard for further research and diagnosis of neonatal hip disorders
