对贮存14~15年以上的各种引信射击及分析检查证实:引信经长期贮存后会不同程度地出现可靠性失效,其失效率与所用机构、元件、材料有关。长期贮存后失效率总的趋势如下:机构为纯机械者一般变化不大,若含药柱,则该部分失效率较高,而含药盘时,该部分失效率在低温环境条件下最高,甚至在高温条件下亦出现失效。对同一种或同一系列的引信,贮存在东北沿海、华东、华南地区可靠性下降迅速,而在干寒地区则往往未见明显差异。造成长期贮存后引信可靠性下降的因素主要有:锈蚀;火工品受潮后感度和输出能量下降;药盘的压药机械性能下降;火工品受油污后,敏感度和输出能量下降。
