自从Deans在1968年提出利用控制压力平衡的无阀柱切换技术以来,有不少人试图将普通商品气相色谱仪改装成二维气相色谱系统,Schomburg和Deans阐述了二维气相色谱技术的优越性。我们将两台国产气相色谱仪改装成这种二维气相色谱系统,具有对被测组份的中心切割、痕量组份的富集及对重组份的反吹三种功能。本系统具有双柱箱、双氢焰检测器,柱Ⅰ和柱Ⅱ皆为填充柱,两柱之间安装有能快速降温和升温的中间捕集器,利用三通电磁阀、气阻管和歧路块来控制流路Ⅰ和Ⅱ中的载气流动
Since Deans introduced a valveless column-switching technique that uses pressure-equalization control in 1968, many have tried to retrofit common gas chromatographs into 2D gas chromatography systems. Schomburg and Deans describe the advantages of 2D gas chromatography . We converted two domestically produced gas chromatographs into this two-dimensional gas chromatography system, which has three functions of center cutting, enrichment of trace components and backflushing of heavy components. The system has a double oven, dual hydrogen flame detector, column Ⅰ and column Ⅱ are packed column, between the two columns can be installed to quickly cool and warming the middle of the trap, the use of three-way solenoid valve, gas pipe and The manifold block controls the flow of carrier gas in channels I and II
