胜利油田桩西潜山奥陶系以下地层孔洞-裂缝发育,地层压力系数较低(0.56~0.88),钻井过程中经常发生严重井漏问题。ZG10-G1井二开使用聚合物磺化防塌钻井液钻井;三开使用密度为1.03 g/cm3的聚合醇正电胶钻井液钻进,并采用MTC堵漏技术,同时配合钻井液充氮气技术,较好地解决了超深井的井漏问题。现场应用表明,MTC具有良好的触变性、稠化时间可调范围大、强度高,工艺简单,适合深井孔洞-缝隙低压漏失地层的堵漏;利用充氮钻井技术有效地解决了井漏问题,提高了钻井时效,充氮技术降低了当量循环密度,提高了环空返速和机械钻速;聚合醇正电胶防塌润滑钻井液具有良好的高温润滑性能,抗温可达180℃,满足了超深井的钻井液充氮气要求。
