目的探讨四磨汤口服液在食管癌术后加速康复中对胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法将110例食管癌手术患者随机分为四磨汤组和生理盐水组各55例,两组均给予常规营养支持治疗。四磨汤组术后经鼻肠营养管注入四磨汤口服液,生理盐水组给予等容量温生理盐水(安慰剂)治疗,观察并比较两组患者胃肠功能恢复情况。结果四磨汤组术后肛门首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均显著短于生理盐水组(P<0.05),但两组肛门排便时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);四磨汤组血浆胃动素(MTL)和胃泌素(GAS)水平与生理盐水组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组MTL、GAS浓度术后随着时间推移而升高,组内不同时间点水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),分组与时间之间有交互作用(P<0.01)。结论四磨汤口服液在食管癌患者术后可有效促进胃肠功能恢复,加速康复,效果明确,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of Si mill-tang oral liquid on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after esophageal cancer surgery. Methods 110 cases of esophageal cancer surgery were randomly divided into Sihuangtang group and saline group of 55 cases, both groups were given conventional nutritional support. Sirao decoction group was administrated Sirao decoction orally via nasogastric feeding tube, and normal saline group was given equal volume of warm saline (placebo). The recovery of gastrointestinal function was observed and compared between the two groups. Results The time of the first defecation and the recovery of bowel sounds in Sihuangtang decoction group were significantly shorter than those in the saline group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in anal defecation time between the two groups (P> 0.05) The levels of MTL and GAS in the soup group were significantly different from those in the saline group (P <0.01). The concentrations of MTL and GAS in the two groups increased with time (P <0.01). There was interaction between grouping and time (P <0.01). Conclusion Si mill soup in patients with esophageal cancer after surgery can effectively promote gastrointestinal function recovery, speed recovery, the effect is clear, with high clinical value.
