高职毕业生就业难既有社会原因,也有个体原因,如何提高高职毕业生就业竞争力从而解决高职毕业生就业问题已经成为当前高职院校就业工作的重点和难点。高职院校可以采取调整人才培养结构,深化校企合作力度,建立就业追踪调查反馈,开展全程化就业指导课程,探索创业指导体系等措施,有效促进高职毕业生就业竞争力提升,破解高职毕业生就业难题。
