在进行硬度试验时,为避免繁琐的计算和换算,我们根据GB230-63、GB232-63、YB53-64标准试验方法的要求和相应的计算公式,通过一系列硬度值的压痕深度与允许的最小厚度关系,绘制了一组曲线(图1)。由HRA、HRB、HRC、HB10/3000、HB5/750、HB10/1000、HB5/250、HV_5、HV_(10)、HV_(20)、HV_(30)等11条曲线组成。这样,只要给定硬度值,就可从本文曲线图中查出试样应做何种硬度试验和判定应采取的合理的试验方法。实践证明,这是一种较为适用的科学方法。曲线的绘制一、布氏硬度曲线: 按GB231-63中规定,在测定布氏硬度时,试样厚度不小于压痕深度的10倍,即10h(h为压痕深度)。
