运动性疲劳是运动训练过程中普通存在的现象,运用科学的方法可以尽快地消除疲劳,使机能尽快得到恢复,进而提高运动能力。本文阐述了运动性疲劳的产生机能及消除疲劳的有效方法,以期对教学的训练发挥一定的参考作用。
Exercise fatigue is a common phenomenon in the process of sports training. Using scientific methods, fatigue can be eliminated as soon as possible, so that the function can be recovered as soon as possible, thereby improving the exercise ability. This article describes the generation of exercise-induced fatigue and effective methods to eliminate fatigue, with a view to teaching training play a certain reference role.
