SCS-500E安全稳定控制平台是根据特高压交流同步电网的特点和要求,利用现代电子技术和通信技术研制开发的新一代分层分布式安全稳定控制平台。介绍了该平台的系统构架、硬件组成和软件结构;对其基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的高速同步串行通信和基于本地电气量的无故障跳闸新判据及定值映射管理等特点做了阐述;对SCS-500E安全稳定控制平台针对国家特高压线路示范试验工程进行的动模试验和数字仿真试验进行了说明;还介绍了该平台的工程应用情况。
The SCS-500E safety and stability control platform is a new generation of distributed and distributed security and stability control platform developed by using modern electronic technology and communication technology according to the characteristics and requirements of UHV AC synchronous power grid.
