卡那霉素对棉花胚性愈伤组织的增殖、胚胎发生及发育均有一定的抑制作用,但不同浓度的卡那霉素对棉花胚性愈伤组织的生长发育作用程度不同,低浓度较弱,高浓度较强;胚性愈伤与体细胞胚生长发育的不同阶段对卡那霉素的敏感性有所不同。在棉花遗传转化过程中,卡那霉素浓度不能低于50mg·L-1,胚性愈伤的继代培养时间应控制在30d左右。
Kanamycin can inhibit the proliferation, embryogenesis and development of embryogenic callus of cotton, but different concentrations of kanamycin have different degrees of growth and development on cotton embryogenic callus. Weak and high concentration; different stages of embryogenic callus and somatic embryo growth and development of kanamycin sensitivity is different. During the genetic transformation of cotton, kanamycin concentration can not be less than 50mg · L-1, embryogenic callus subculture time should be controlled at about 30d.
