目的探讨两种缝合方法对肱骨髁上骨折手术后患儿肘关节活动范围的影响。方法根据患儿缝合时肘关节位置将40例肱骨髁上骨折患儿分为观察组、对照组各20例。随访2a后比较两组患儿肘关节活动范围。结果随访2a后观察组20例患儿肘关节屈曲活动角度为133.9°±10.1°,对照组20例患儿肘关节屈曲活动度为120.1°±13.5°。两组肘关节屈曲活动度比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.97,P<0.05)。结论肘关节屈曲90°状态下肱三头肌缝合可有效减少肱骨髁上骨折术后肘关节活动范围丢失,是一种有效缝合方法。
Objective To investigate the effects of two methods of suture on the range of elbow motion in children with supracondylar humerus fractures. Methods According to the position of the elbow in children with suture, 40 cases of supracondylar humerus fractures were divided into observation group and control group with 20 cases each. After follow-up 2a, the range of elbow mobility was compared between the two groups. Results The angle of flexion of elbow flexion was 133.9 ° ± 10.1 ° in 20 cases of observation group after follow-up. In 20 cases of control group, flexion of elbow flexion was 120.1 ° ± 13.5 °. There was significant difference in flexion of elbow between the two groups (t = 3.97, P <0.05). Conclusion Elbow flexion of 90 ° triceps brachial suture can effectively reduce the humeral supraclavicular fracture of the elbow range of loss of activity is an effective method of suture.
