提供一种新型的反梁式筏板基础施工技术,克服采用常规施工方法容易扰动持力层,导致地基承载力下降或建筑物的不均匀沉降等质量隐患或事故。其原理是利用原设计的混凝土垫层做为持力层的护面,在基础开挖至持力层后进行检平,然后根据反梁施工图放样划线,在反梁以外的区域浇筑混凝土垫层,以保护持力层不受扰动;接着开挖反梁基槽,反梁基槽进行固壁处理后即可安装钢筋、浇筑混凝土。 A new type of anti-beam raft foundation construction technology is provided to overcome the quality disturbance or accident of easily disturbing the holding layer by the conventional construction method, resulting in the reduction of the bearing capacity of the foundation or the uneven settlement of the building.
