目的:建立测定益母草胶囊中盐酸水苏碱含量的高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法。方法:用甲醇为提取溶剂,色谱柱为Waters SunFireTMC18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为甲醇-水(78∶22),流速:0.8 mL/min。以蒸发光散射检测器进行检测,用外标两点法对数方程计算。结果:盐酸水苏碱的含量测定范围在0.5359～5.359μg呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998。平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.3%。结论:所建立的方法简便易行,能准确可靠地定量检测,可有效地控制益母草胶囊质量。 Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering method for the determination of stachydrine in Yimucao Capsule. Methods: The extraction solvent was methanol. The column was Waters SunFire TMC18 (5μm, 4.6 mm × 250 mm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (78:22) and the flow rate was 0.8 mL / min. Evaporative light scattering detector for detection, using the external standard two-point logarithmic equation. Results: The determination range of stachydrine hydrochloride in 0.5359 ~ 5.359μg showed a good linear relationship, r = 0.9998. The average recovery was 99.4% with a RSD of 0.3%. Conclusion: The established method is simple, easy and accurate, accurate and reliable quantitative detection, which can effectively control the quality of Leonurus capsules.
