目的在评估量表信效度的基础之上,分析上海市医疗机构青少年友好服务现状,为加强该服务体系建设提供依据。方法在上海市12个试点区的医疗机构(每区1家)开展问卷调查,对“青少年友好服务情况评估表”的内部一致性和结构效度进行检验。结果修订后的量表(15个条目)内部一致性和结构效度均较高,可应用于项目研究人群。评价结果显示服务内容、服务态度以及服务形式和质量的较高,因子得分均接近满分值(分别为2.69±0.193、2.77±0.181、2.67±0.186),总体满意率达到93.7%。结论上海市青少年友好服务需方对服务质量的评价较高,在一定程度上反映了公共卫生体系建设三年行动计划项目的成效。
Objective To evaluate the validity and reliability of the service for adolescents in medical institutions in Shanghai based on the assessment of the validity and reliability of scales, and to provide the basis for strengthening the service system. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out among medical institutions in 12 pilot districts of Shanghai (one in each district) to test the internal consistency and structural validity of the “Youth Friendly Service Assessment Form”. Results The revised scale (15 items) had high internal consistency and structural validity and could be used in the study population. The evaluation results showed that service content, service attitude, service quality and quality were all higher. The scores of the factors were close to the full scores (2.69 ± 0.193, 2.77 ± 0.181 and 2.67 ± 0.186, respectively), and the overall satisfaction rate reached 93.7%. Conclusion Shanghai teenager friendly service demand side evaluates the quality of service higher, to a certain extent, reflects the effectiveness of the three-year plan of action of public health system construction.
