目的 :观察一氧化氮 (NO)和肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α)在平喘宁治疗哮喘中的作用。方法 :运用镉还原柱层析及比色法和酶联免疫检测法检测豚鼠肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中NO、TNF α含量。结果 :哮喘组豚鼠BALF中NO、TNF α含量比正常对照组明显升高 ,而在平喘宁治疗后 ,BALF中NO、TNF α含量比哮喘组豚鼠明显降低。结论 :平喘宁可通过降低NO、TNF α含量而治疗哮喘。
Objective: To observe the effects of nitric oxide (NO) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF α) in the treatment of asthma by Pingchuanning. METHODS: The contents of NO and TNF α in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of guinea pigs were determined by cadmium reductive column chromatography, colorimetric assay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: Compared with normal control group, the content of NO and TNFα in BALF of asthmatic guinea pigs was significantly higher than that of normal control group. After the treatment of Pingchuanning, the content of NO and TNFα in BALF was significantly lower than that of asthmatic guinea pigs. Conclusion :Pingchuanning can treat asthma by reducing NO and TNFα levels.
