在拔丝机设计中,电机动率的确定,关键在于拉拔力的计算。 在拉拔力计算公式中,目前采用比较多的主要有勒威士(Kenneth·B·Lewis)经验公式和克拉塞里希柯夫经验公式;近几年,我国引进了部分瑞典拉丝机,瑞典厂方也有自己的拉拔力计算经验公式。本文对上述三个公式进行转换、对比和分析,找到了它们之间的联系与区别,作出了三个公式的比较曲线,供设计部门参考。
In the wire drawing machine design, the determination of electrical dynamic rate, the key lies in the calculation of drawing force. In the calculation formula of drawing force, there are mainly Kenneth B. Lewis experience formula and Cesare Krishna empirical formula currently used. In recent years, some Swedish drawing machines, Sweden The factory also has its own drawing force calculation experience formula. In this paper, the above three formulas are converted, compared and analyzed to find the relationship between them and the difference between the three formulas to make a comparison curve for the design department for reference.
