目的评价中国大学生开展营养教育的效果,为大学生营养教育的系统化评价提供参考。方法计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普期刊资源整合服务平台(VIP)、PubMed全文数据库,EBSCO全文数据库和SpringerLink全文数据库,并辅以文献追溯等方法,全面收集文献。使用Stata 12.0软件,对国内外公开发表的有关中国大学生营养教育的文献8篇进行Meta分析。结果共纳入原始文献8篇,研究结果具有异质性(χ2=1 059.03,P=0.000)。营养教育后,大学生《中国居民膳食指南》知晓率是营养教育前的17.64倍(Z=3.40,P=0.001),95%CI为3.36~92.50。结论在中国对大学生进行营养教育具有较好效果。
Objective To evaluate the effect of nutrition education carried out by Chinese college students and to provide a reference for the systematic evaluation of college students nutrition education. Methods CBM, CNKI, VIP database, PubMed database, EBSCO database and SpringerLink full-text database were searched by computer and followed by literature review. Full collection of literature. Stata 12.0 software was used to conduct a meta-analysis on 8 published literatures about nutritional education of Chinese college students at home and abroad. Results A total of 8 original articles were included, and the results were heterogeneous (χ2 = 1 059.03, P = 0.000). Nutritional education, college students, “Chinese dietary guidelines” awareness rate is 17.64 times before nutrition education (Z = 3.40, P = 0.001), 95% CI 3.36 ~ 92.50. Conclusions Nutritional education for college students in China is effective.
