目的 :获取本地区正常人群鼻咽部脑膜炎奈瑟菌携带情况 ,为政府制定预防和控制流行性脑脊髓膜炎暴发流行提供科学决策依据。方法 :随机抽检正常人群 (按人群防疫监测共分四组 :2~ 4岁、6~ 8岁、9~ 12岁、2 5~ 39岁组 )鼻咽拭子进行培养、分离、鉴定及血清分型 ,按《全国临床检验操作规程》进行。结果 :4 0 3人共检出 2 2株脑膜炎奈瑟菌 ,总检出率为 5 .4 6 %。男性检出 9株 ,检出率 4 .4 6 % ,女性检出 13株 ,检出率为 6 .4 7%。其血清分型为 A群 3株 ,B群 14株 ,C群 2株 ,1892型 1株 ,未定型 2株。 2~ 4岁组检出 6株 ,检出率 8.5 7% (6 /70 ) ;6~ 8岁组检出 4株 ,检出率 7.4 1% (4/5 4 ) ;9~ 12岁组检出 6株 ,检出率8.0 0 % (6 /75 ) ;2 5~ 39岁组检出 6株 ,检出率 2 .94 % (6 /2 0 4 )。男女性别之间及少年不同组别正常人群鼻咽部脑膜炎奈菌携带率经 X2 检验差异均无显著性 ,而少年组与成人组比较相差有显著性意义。结论 :调查显示 ,本地区正常人群鼻咽部脑膜炎奈瑟菌携带率为 5 .4 6 % ,处于较低水平。血清分型以 B群为主 ,本地为非流行株。不同性别正常人群鼻咽部脑膜炎奈瑟菌的携带率无差别 ,儿童携带率较成人高。调查结果显示本地区目前不具备流行特点 ,A群脑膜炎奈瑟菌未造成本地流行性?
OBJECTIVE: To obtain the population of Neisseria meningitidis from the normal population in this area and to provide a scientific basis for the government to make prevention and control of the outbreak of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis. Methods: The nasopharyngeal swabs were randomly selected from the normal population (according to the population epidemic prevention and control group, which were divided into four groups: 2-4 years old, 6-8 years old, 9-12 years old, 25-59 years old group) Type, according to “National Clinical Laboratory Procedures”. Results: A total of 22 Neisseria meningitidis strains were detected in 403 persons with a total detection rate of 5.46%. 9 were detected in men, the detection rate was 4.46%, 13 were detected in women, the detection rate was 6.74%. The serotypes were 3 strains of A group, 14 strains of B group, 2 strains of C group, 1 strain of 1892 type and 2 strains of unconfined type. 6 strains were detected in 2 ~ 4 years group, the detection rate was 8.57% (6/70), 4 strains were detected in 6 ~ 8 years group, the detection rate was 7.41% (4/5 4) Six strains were detected with a detection rate of 8.0% (6/75). Six strains were detected in the range of 25-39 years old with a detection rate of 2.94% (6/204). There was no significant difference in the carrying rate of nasopharyngeal meningitis between normal men and women and between adolescents in different groups, but there was a significant difference between adolescent group and adult group. Conclusion: The survey shows that the prevalence of Neisseria meningitidis in nasopharynx of the local population is 5.46%, which is at a low level. Serotype B Group B mainly local non-epidemic strains. The prevalence of Neisseria meningitidis in nasopharynx of normal population of different genders was no different, and the carriage rate of children was higher than that of adults. The survey results show that the region does not currently have epidemiological characteristics. Neisseria meningitidis group A did not cause local epidemics?
