规摩教学是改进教学,提高教学质量的方法之一,目前各校领导已普遍注意。但是由於某些同志对规摩教学的目的不明确,因此,产生了一些偏向,我认为值得提出来共同纠正。一、领导上缺乏周密的计划,事先不估计这学期准备重点改进哪一科教学,有步骤的确定规摩程序来达到预期的目的。我们在学期总结中常可以看到:“本校本学期共举行规摩教学××次,语文科××次,算术科××次……”。只是单纯地追求数字,而不实事求是地从逐步提高教学质
