研究了漂白蓝桉硫酸盐浆中溶解Ca2+和HCO3–、沉淀碳酸钙(PCC)及pH值和温度对烯基琥珀酸酐(ASA)施胶效果的影响。结果表明,浆料中高浓度的溶解Ca2+会降低ASA的施胶效果,但这主要取决于ASA的类型,低于300mg/kg的Ca2+浓度不会降低ASA的施胶效果。浆料中的溶解HCO3–不影响ASA的施胶效果。使用相对较高的PCC填料量,ASA仍能产生施胶效果。然而,若需要较高的填料用量,最好增加ASA用量。pH值和温度作为过程的限制变量,高温及高pH值会降低ASA的施胶性能。
The effects of dissolved Ca2 + and HCO3-, precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) and pH and temperature on the sizing of alkenyl succinic anhydride (ASA) were studied in bleached green eucalyptus kraft pulp. The results showed that the high concentration of dissolved Ca2 + in the slurry reduced the sizing effect of ASA, but this mainly depended on the type of ASA. Ca2 + concentrations below 300 mg / kg did not reduce the sizing effect of ASA. HCO3-in solution does not affect the sizing effect of ASA. With a relatively high amount of PCC filler, ASA still produces a sizing effect. However, it is best to increase the amount of ASA if higher loadings are required. pH and temperature are the limiting variables in the process. High temperature and high pH will reduce ASA sizing performance.
