S195柴油机为具有上下平衡轴的单缸卧式柴油机。目前在使用中不少机器因下平衡轴末端的开槽严重磨损,不能带动机油泵转子正常工作,造成烧瓦事故。我们在修理中对开槽磨损的下平衡轴采取如下措施,将其修复再用。1.拆下下平衡轴,用5毫米厚的石棉板塞进磨损的开槽,再将磨损部位焊平,然后用锉刀或砂轮修平,只花2~3角钱即可继续使用。也可将磨损的开槽完全焊平,在开槽的垂直方向重新开一个5毫米宽的槽即可。2.上下平衡轴调换使用。将端面开槽磨损的下平衡轴装在上平衡轴上,把端面没磨损的上平衡轴拆下,铣一个5毫米宽的直槽,即可作下平衡轴使用。

Bottom balance shaft with slotted end face shall be mounted on the upper balance shaft and the upper balance shaft with no wear on the end face shall be removed and a 5 mm wide straight slot shall be milled for use as balance shaft.
