目前,我国大多数变电站的控制系统仍由继电器和接触器等电器设备组成,数量多、布线复杂、且不易于扩展,特别是随着电压等级的不断升高(如:220kV、500kV),更要求开关设备动作绝对可靠。为改变这一落后状态,针对变电站中应用继电器最多,I/O点数较多,且变压器分接头动作频繁,波动较大,采用PLC作为下位机,取代传统的继电器控制,确保动作的可靠性。并应用模糊控制理论设定了一定模糊范围,只要波动不超过该范围,分接头就不会动作。
