本试验采用脂肪酸甲酯的气相色谱法以黑龙江省各地区栽培大豆品种为材料,对豆油脂肪酸组成进行了初步分析研究。结果表明,黑龙江省栽培大豆品种脂肪酸组成的特点是亚油酸含量较高,是构成我省豆油品质优良的重要原因,但油酸稍低而亚麻酸偏高。不同大豆品种脂肪酸组成有明显差异,在试验的69个栽培品种中,有10个品种不但亚油酸含量高于51%,亚麻酸含量低于8%,而且蛋白质,脂肪总含量高于61%。大豆主要不饱和脂肪酸中,油酸与亚油酸、亚麻酸呈负相关,亚油酸与亚麻酸呈正相关。
In this study, fatty acid methyl ester of gas chromatography to Heilongjiang Province in various regions of cultivated soybean varieties for the fatty acid composition of soybean oil preliminary analysis. The results showed that the fatty acid composition of cultivated soybean varieties in Heilongjiang Province was characterized by high linoleic acid content, which was an important reason for the high quality of soybean oil in our province. However, oleic acid was slightly lower while linolenic acid was higher. Among the 69 cultivars tested, 10 cultivars showed not only linoleic acid content higher than 51%, linolenic acid content lower than 8%, but also total protein and fat content higher than 61% . Soybean major unsaturated fatty acids, oleic acid and linoleic acid, linolenic acid was negatively correlated, linoleic acid and linolenic acid were positively correlated.
