北京军区空军司令部后勤部于去年10月在空军北京医院主持下召开了超滤制备中药注射剂鉴定会。超滤技术制备中药注射剂是应用各向异性结构的高分子膜,将中药浸出液中不同分子量物质加以分离的新技术。空军北京医院经过四年来的努力,研究该项新技术应用于制备中药注射剂已基本成功,成品质量符合中国药典1977年版一部通则注射剂标准要求。通过有代表性的五种单方和三种复方注射剂与常用制备方法对比实验证明,超滤法有以下特点:(1)工艺流程简便,生产周期短;(2)可在常温、低压下进行操作,不需要反复加热和相态转溶,有利于保持中药生物活性和物理化学稳定性,并有阻留细菌和热原的作用;(3)适用于在中
