目的:探讨骨性Ⅱ错牙合拔牙病例上颌切牙根吸收的影响。方法:选取32例方丝弓固定矫治器完成的病例,组别:骨性Ⅱ类拔牙组16(男性:8例女性:8例;年龄16.23±3.56;骨性 I 类拔牙组16例(男性:8例,女性:8例;年龄15.05±3.47),两组资料矫治前在性别、年龄、拥挤度、等指标上具有可比性,通过矫治前后的模型及全口曲面体层片测量计算2组矫治后上切牙牙根吸收量,应用SPSS19.0软件包对数据进行t检验分析。结果:(1)骨性I类拔牙组和骨性Ⅱ类拔牙组矫治前后存在显著性差异(2)骨性I类拔牙组与Ⅱ类拔牙组之间存在显著性差异( P<0.05),结论:骨性I I类拔牙患者上前牙拔牙代偿治疗后,根吸收风险增加。“,”Objectives: To investigate the effection of root resorption in skeletal Ⅱmalocclusions(extraction).Methods: thirty-two patients with fixed orthodontics treatment by edgewise appliance were devided into two groups accroding to skeletal I (extraction)、and skeletal Ⅱmalocclusion(extraction). the average age of extraction skeletal Ⅱmalocclusion group was 16.23±3.56 years old, the average age of skeletal I extraction group was 15.05±3.47 years old ,Patients in two groups were comparable in gender, age, crowed degree at the commencement of treatment , The maxil ary incisors was evaluated on.Panoramic radiographs and models taken before after treatment. Results: Root resorption of incisor in skeletal Ⅱand skeletal Igroup after orthodontic treatment is significant(P< 0.05). The variation of root resorption inskeletalⅡbeween skeletal Igroup is significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Upper incisor compensation of skeletalⅡ may be one of theimportant factors which increases root resorption.
