细菌性果斑病是由果斑病菌(Acidovorax citrulli)引起的病害,该病害是种传病害,对瓜类产业构成了巨大的威胁。以130份甜瓜种质资源为试验材料,采用种子浸种接种果斑病菌的方法鉴定幼苗的抗病性,研究甜瓜种子带菌对幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:供试材料中没有表现免疫的材料;表现为高抗的材料有2份,为NM90-1、M867,相对抗病指数分别为0.967、0.899,可以作为抗病育种的种质资源。中抗材料为32份,中感材料为54份,感病材料42份。
Bacterial fruit spot is a disease caused by Acidovorax citrulli, which is a disease of the species that poses a tremendous threat to the melon industry. 130 melon germplasm resources were used as experimental materials to test the disease resistance of seedling by inoculation with the seed soaking inoculated with Scutellaria oryzae to study the effect of melon seed carrying on seedling growth. The results showed that there was no immune material in the tested materials. Two materials with high resistance were NM90-1 and M867. The relative disease resistance index was 0.967 and 0.899 respectively, which could be used as germplasm resources for resistance breeding. The anti-counterfeit material is 32 parts, the sense material is 54 parts and the susceptible material is 42 parts.
