目的 :介绍PCR -ELISA端粒酶活性测定方法 ,并对不同组织来源肿瘤端粒酶活性检测结果进行分析。方法 :采用PCR -ELISA端粒酶活性检测方法对299例不同组织来源肿瘤端粒酶活性进行检测。结果 :本组结果显示PCR -ELISA端粒酶活性测定方法在敏感性与特异性方面与国外报道的同位素方法结果一致。在多种人类恶性肿瘤组织中可检出端粒酶活性 ,而与各种肿瘤对应的正常组织及良性病变中则多为阴性。结论 :本组结果提示PCR -ELISA法为一高敏感的半定量评价端粒酶活性的方法 ,有可能成为评价肿瘤恶性程度的重要参考标志
Objective : To introduce the assay method of telomerase activity in PCR-ELISA and analyze the detection results of telomerase activity in tumors from different tissues. Methods: The telomerase activity of 299 tumors from different tissues was detected by PCR-ELISA telomerase activity assay. Results: The results of this group showed that the sensitivity and specificity of PCR-ELISA telomerase activity assay was consistent with the results of the isotope method reported abroad. Telomerase activity can be detected in a variety of human malignancies, but is negative in many normal tissues and benign lesions corresponding to various tumors. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that PCR-ELISA is a highly sensitive method for semi-quantitative evaluation of telomerase activity and may be an important reference marker for assessing malignancy of tumors.
