项目团队不同于一般的传统组织形式,对项目团队的绩效考评不能随意照搬一般组织的考评方法,而应当根据其自身特点使用合适的考评工具。本文对项目团队绩效考评方案进行了探索,首先指出了项目团队绩效考评的特殊性,然后给出了未来导向的项目团队绩效考评新模型,进而提出了该模型的核心载体——项目参与资历卡,并就其中的各部分内容分别做了详细解释。
