目的为了解实施食品卫生监督量化分级管理制度对学校食堂卫生状况的影响。方法对宝应县全县学校、幼儿园食堂卫生监督、监测资料进行分析。结果实施食品卫生监督量化分级管理制度后卫生信誉度B级的单位(36.8%)明显高于实施前(22.5%)(P<0.05),卫生信誉度D级水平所占比重明显降低(P<0.05),食堂餐具消毒效果监测合格率实施后(66.3%)明显高于实施前(51.3%,P<0.05)。结论推行食品卫生监督量化分级管理制度提高了学校食堂卫生水平。
Objective To understand the impact of the implementation of food hygiene supervision quantitative management system on the school canteen health status. Methods Baoying county schools, kindergartens canteens health supervision and monitoring data analysis. Results The grade B (36.8%) was higher than that before the implementation (22.5%) (P <0.05), and the proportion of Grade D in health credibility was significantly lower (P < 0.05). The passing rate of canteen tableware disinfection monitoring was significantly higher after implementation (66.3%) than before implementation (51.3%, P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of quantitative and hierarchical food hygiene supervision management system to improve the school cafeteria health level.
