为了提高国民素质,国家公共文化服务体系已经逐渐的实现了免费开放,其中博物馆以及图书馆是最为典型的代表。但是由于机制体系的不健全,免费开放之后,还有很多问题亟待解决。本文主要通过对我国公共文化服务免费开放发展现状的介绍,研究了其创新方式,仅供交流使用。 In order to improve the quality of the people, the national public cultural service system has gradually become free and open, of which museums and libraries are the most typical representatives. However, due to the unsound mechanism system, there are still many problems to be solved immediately after the free and open system. This article mainly introduces the present situation of the free and open development of public cultural services in our country, and studies its innovative ways only for the exchange and use.
