带伸缩配重的大吨位铁路起重机由于增加了配重伸缩功能,与常用铁路起重机比较要增加配重伸缩臂。起重机采用两节配重伸缩臂,该伸缩臂基本臂固定在转台上两高墙板之间,二节臂与配重相连,通过二节臂的伸缩改变配重至回转中心距离。该机转台和传统的转台受力特点不同,除了考虑一般转台要受的力之外,还要考虑配重伸缩时作用在转台上的等效力。结合实例阐述了带有伸缩配重的大吨位铁路起重机的转台结构有限元分析及技术处理,由于伸缩配重的影响,转台危险截面出现在基本臂上盖板处,根据实际情况,提出了3种结构改进方案,并对每种方案的优缺点做了介绍。
