提高现代化纸业的认识,正确看待中国造纸工业,明确湖北造纸工业在我国造纸工业中的位置和责任,借贯《彻造纸工业发展“十二五”规划》的东风,抓住大力发展特种纸的机遇,发挥湖北省光叶楮产业化和野生构树资源丰富的优势,大力开发原料和纸浆支援全国,以浆促纸,加速发展湖北造纸工业。本文回顾了构树制浆的曲折简历,依据《规划》的指导思想和要求,提出了新型光叶楮林纸结合方案和光叶楮产品及原料基地建设的设想,介绍了制浆方法和我省有关的(龙头)企业。

Based on the guiding ideology and requirements of “planning”, this paper presents a proposal for a new type of combined leaf-and-pulp forestry-paper production and the construction of raw material bases for the light-leaf products, and introduces the methods of pulp making in our province (Leading) enterprises.
