鱼是人们日常生活中的美味佳肴,含有多种人体必需的氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸、维生素和微量元素。经常吃鱼能健脑、降血脂和预防动脉硬化。据科学家们研究表明,爱斯基摩人因常年吃鱼而与心脑血管病无缘。但是,不是所有的人都适宜吃鱼的。因为有的病人吃鱼后往往会加重病情,有时还能引起过敏反应。对此,专家们认为,患有以下疾病的病人最好不吃鱼。
