本文对一台转化气蒸气发生器顶部法兰及顶盖与管箱连接法兰长期泄漏问题进行了研究,并得出两处法兰泄漏是由与顶部法兰连接的下水线管系在温度载荷作用下管端推力矩过所至。在对该管系进行了柔性分析及应力计算后提出了改造方案。
