用光度法测定了桥链冠醚卟啉与Co2+、Cu2+配位反应的速率常数、活化能及热力学参数.结果表明:桥链冠醚卟啉与Co2+配位反应活化能Ea较大,△H>0;而与Cu2+配位反应Es较小,且△H=0;桥链冠醚钴卟啉的ESR谱表明它具有载氧能力.
The rate constants, activation energies and thermodynamic parameters of the coordination reaction of crown ether porphyrin with Co2 + and Cu2 + were determined by spectrophotometry. The results showed that the activation energy Ea of bridged crown ether porphyrin and Co2 + coordination reaction is large, △ H> 0; while the coordination reaction with Cu2 + is small and △ H = 0; the ESR of bridged crown ether porphyrin Spectrum shows it has oxygen carrying capacity.
