目的:探讨影响DSI905电解质仪测定pH的因素。方法:将20份密封保存(隔绝空气)肝素抗凝的静脉血同时在DSI905电解质仪和库尔特1610血气分析仪上进行pH值的测定。观察两种仪器测定值的相关性。用普通真空采血管同时抽取患者静脉血,分离血清,然后暴露于空气中不同时间后,再行pH值测定,将测定结果进行比较。结果:在DSI905电解质仪和库尔特1610血气分析仪上平行测定pH,平均值无统计学差异(P>0.05)。暴露于空气中的血清样品于5 min1、5 min3、0 min4、5 min1、h、2 h后在DSI905电解质仪测定pH值,发现随着时间的延长,pH值随之增加。结论:以常规方法抽血、保存、送检的样品在DSI905电解质仪测定结pH值果不能作为临床判断酸碱失衡的依据。尤其在样品未密封保存,送检的时间超过2 h而未及时测定时。
Objective: To explore the factors influencing the determination of pH by DSI905 electrolyte meter. METHODS: Twenty venous blood samples of heparin-anticoagulated vented blood (sealed off from the air) were measured simultaneously on a DSI905 electrolyzer and a Coulter 1610 blood gas analyzer. Observe the correlation between the two instrument measurements. With ordinary vacuum blood collection tube at the same time patients with venous blood, serum separation, and then exposed to air at different times, and then measured the pH, the measured results were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the mean values of pH between DSI905 electrolyzer and Coulter 1610 blood gas analyzer (P> 0.05). Serum samples exposed to air at 5 min1, 5 min3, 0 min4, 5 min1, h, 2 h after the DSI905 electrolyte meter measured pH, found that as time goes on, the pH value increases. Conclusion: It is not the clinical basis to judge the acid-base imbalance in the determination of pH value by the DSI905 Electrolyte Analyzer. In particular, the sample is not sealed and stored for more than 2 h and not measured in time.
