Since the 1990s, the practice of taking large doses of vitamins has become increasingly prevalent. According to a survey conducted by the American Association for the Study of Cancer, 43% of people take multiple vitamins to prevent cancer, of which 24% of people aged 55-64 years do it, and 54% of those 65-65 years of age or older. In some developed countries such as the United States, vitamin products are sold in food supermarkets. In China, it is common for some groups in some cities to take vitamins such as white-collar women, certain patients, elderly intellectuals, healthcare workers, children, health lovers, and Amway direct sales associates. Is not everyone need to add vitamins?
