利用振动弦黏度/密度计对1,1,1,2,3,3,3七氟丙烷(HFC-227ea)的黏度和密度进行了实验研究,温度范围为243.15~363.15 K,压力范围为0.54~11.49 MPa,黏度和密度实验测量的不确定度分别为±2%和±0.2%。利用获得的实验数据分别拟合了HFC-227ea黏度和密度方程。黏度实验数据与方程的平均绝对偏差为0.71%,最大绝对偏差为2.02%;密度实验数据与方程的平均绝对偏差为0 05%,最大绝对偏差为0.15%。在本文实验范围之内,与文献实验数据进行了比较,本文实验结果与文献数据吻合较好,为HFC-227ea的进一步应用研究提供了可靠的基础数据。
The viscosity and density of 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-heptafluoropropane (HFC-227ea) were investigated by vibro-chordal viscometer / densitometer at a temperature range of 243.15 ~ 363.15 K and a pressure range of 0.54 ~ 11.49 MPa, the experimental measurements of viscosity and density of the uncertainty of ± 2% and ± 0.2%. Using the experimental data obtained, the HFC-227ea viscosity and density equations were fitted respectively. The average absolute deviation between the experimental data and the equation is 0.71% and the maximum absolute deviation is 2.02%. The average absolute deviation between the density experimental data and the equation is 0.05% and the maximum absolute deviation is 0.15%. In the experimental range of this paper, compared with the experimental data of the literature, the experimental results in this paper are in good agreement with the literature data, which provides reliable basic data for the further application of HFC-227ea.
